Homestead Restaurant & Bakery

Country style, big breakfasts. Very good food. Cinnamon buns the size of your head but so light and fluffy it doesn't leave you feeling gross.

Visiting family and popped in for early lunch. Was happy to see that this place offered breakfast all day.
Quality of food we had at the restaurant was absolutely amazing (except for desserts) My wife ordered the pot pie which the breading was perfectly seasoned.
I had “The Squatch” which is Navajo fry bread topped with a trace of Alfredo sauce, 3 eggs scrambled with bell peppers, onion & mushrooms. 1/2 LB chicken fried steak stacked on top of that with a dollop of more Alfredo sauce. All I can say is WOW!!!
We did take home an order of cinnamon roll and a piece of banana cream pie. Honestly to me both were lacking in flavor. Maybe it’s better if eaten at the restaurant.
Prices were comparable to the area. Seattle-Tacoma area is on the pricey side in my opinion.
Recommend this place if you are looking for a good old home fashion meal. You won’t be disappointed.
